I have lost 20 pounds since September on Weight Watchers. I do ride a stationary recumbent bike about 4-5 days a week for 30 min. This plan is really working for me as far as weight loss is concerned. I wish I could have as much success with getting rid of the pain of pf! It seems to be getting worse for me since I started physical therapy two weeks ago. Is this normal? Thanks. Barbara 11:10:55
