I was fitted with Birk orthotics two weeks ago and no relief yet. I bought Birk Arizonas yesterday. They have a rough spot in the leather which rubs the side of my foot. I am exchanging today and also getting a pair of Mephistos. I am hoping to get my foot in the correct position to allow healing to begin.
