Tip from Golf Physio

I am told that the Physiotheripist to the European Golf team swears by the following excersise and suggests it to all golfers that suffer from PF.
Roll a golf ball around under the heel of the foot where the pain is. This gives a very deep massage. It is very painful to do, but you should press as hard with the foot as you can bear.
This excersise evidentally has a very high success rate amongst the Golfing circuit. Professional Golfers are evidentally prone to it as they spend a lot of time on their feet.
This information comes second hand from my physio but I have had some success with it as my first bout of PF went after a couple of months of doing the excersise, but it has now come back (6 months later). I have just started the excersise again.
