Sounds like you should keep supports on all the time. I myself must not have PF as bad as some people. My feet hurt quite a bit. At night when I sleep and wake up is the only time they don't hurt. All other times they hurt or let me know they are there. I usually take my shoes off at night when I get home and go stocking footed because my wife has white carpet in most of our house. When I'm infront of the computer, I soak my feet in hot water. If I rest my heels on the floor of the water pan, it hurts so I hang my toes of the front edge of the water pan and dip my heels and arches in the hot water. This way I'm stretching my heals and soaking my feet at the same time.
Also, read the web page that was posted earlier. I spent 2 hours reading it yesterday and it explains a WHOLE lot! Good stuff.

Looks like excersise and streaching is the most important thing we can do! My doc told me this in the begining....guess it didn't sink in untill now!
