Jenn: You've come to the right place. If there is something to try, one of us has tried it. It won't take you long to see that not much of anything works for everybody. Most of us are struggling along, avoiding cortisone shots and surgery. Ice, anti-inflammatories, stretching help to some extent, but no cure. Type of shoe worn helps some. Read through the messages and you will get a lot of information about what we are trying to do. Go to the home page and find the survey that has been compiled about what has worked and what hasn't. There are MANY OF US SUFFERING. We have a hard time finding anyone (podiatrists, orthopods, other MD's) who really think we hurt as bad as we do or even care for that matter. Any suggestions you might have as a professional would be appreciated by us, too.
