I have been in pain for about a year and a half. I am a ups driver and my work is suffering bad. At the end of my day i can barely walk. Last week my podiatrist diagnosed that i have a stress fracture and put a walking cast on me. Needless to say i'm off work for 3-6 weeks. I have had no relief at all with cortizone shots, custom orthotics & my foot still hurts really bad in a cast. I feel doomed. Any suggestions?
