I was fitted with a cork Birk insert two weeks ago. The nurse expressed surprise when I commented that my PF hurts more as the day progresses. She indicated that I show go to a podiatrist as PF only hurts in the morning. I posted this on the message board about four days ago and received many responses indicating it's a 24 hr pain.
