My PF gets worse as the day progresses, and the pain is related to how much I have been on it all day. I have had just about every test - x-ray, MRI of my feet, MRI of my lower back, nerve EMG tests. The MRI of my feet showed minor inflammation, but nothing to explain my level of pain. The MRI of my back and the EMG were also inconclusive.
