Rick,
I too experience pain on the top part of my foot, but in my case
it is the same foot I have PF in. I went to the Dr. yesterday. They
gave me a cortisone shot which seemed to help the PF, but also fitted
me with a cushion for the ball of my foot. I am a bank teller so I am
on my feet most of the day. Today I have to say was the best day in a
long time. I have had the PF since Sept. The Dr. did say the pain in the forefoot was probably due to overcompensation.
