Pain with Orthotics

I can defenitly relate to what you said about Orthotics. I can't live without my Orthotics and if I try to wear my running shoes without them, I am in severe pain. It is strange though, I have an all day ache in my feet (esp at the end of the day) I love coming home and getting my shoes off. It eases the pain somehow. Still it isn't good to go barefoot, I tip toe on my carpet and then get some slip on Nike rubber shoes (like Soccer one's). Anyway, hope you are doing well.
