Well, today is the second day of my wearing Birks inserts, and last night I clumped around the house in my new sandals, and my feet are in love. I hope it helps, certainly feels like it should.

Went to the doc this morning, have to book a date to get an x-ray, and then he will refer me to an orthopaedics surgeon, he said. This is taking a while, but it happens I suppose, and at least I am doing SOMEthing.

Meanwhile, looking forward to the next Birks sale!
