I was on vacation in Hawaii and bought some and had them sent to me, since they didn't have my size in stock. You have to be careful of the sizes, though, since they are not American sizes. As I recall there is a very minimal postal charge for mail order. At least it seemed minimal when sending them from Hawaii!
