Had my shot today 2/5/99, and it didn't hurt except for one or two sharp pains toward the end of the shot. My foot felt great for about 3 hours and then the soreness and pain returned but not as bad. I hope I can look forward to the pain abating in two days. My GP gave me daypro to take twice a day for one week. My heel spur has been hurting since last november and has knocked me out of walking which I need to do for weight control and exercise. Any suggestions would be helpful as to what worked for you after the shot. shoes, etc also.
