Blessings to all who responded, I can see that like all things this is location as well as competition. I am in middle of Okla. and will probably search in university clinics or such. I'm a single mom & self-employed; & could use all the extra prayers you might have. :) Dr. said that only bone removal would help as bad as mine have become. And at this point am ready to consider anything. Have done it all: splints, orthos, shoes, ice, heat, streatching yadda yadda yadda..... Will start checking prices in my area and will post results, might help someone else too! Smiles for all....
