The FIRST thing my Dr. suggested was for me to get the Dyna-step inserts. While they are not a cure all, I cannot go in ANY shoes without them. I know I am not supposed to do this but I really found a lot more relief by adding another type of "donut" heel underneath the dynasteps. I was surprised they all fit, but I can't go without them.
