I have had four shots in the right foot. The first one helped for several months, the second helped for a couple of months, the third and fourth did absolutely nothing. My right foot is by far the worse one but my left foot is beginning to go out in sympathy. The pain seems to spread to my ankle as well. This may be due to the way I limp around. I will not have any more shots but I have tried almost everything there is to try except surgery. I wish you luck and please keep in touch.
