Scott, I found your tape instuctions. The technique the podiatrist used was different. I went in for a 2nd taping and watched very carefully to learn how to do it. The technician said it would be very difficult to tape myself. Frankly I have not seen any improvement or relief with the taping method they use. I go back to the podiatrist tomorrow. I live 10 min from Dr. Leahy who does the Active Release Technique. Any comments on this procedure?
