Shoes for high arch that flattens upon weight bearing

When not weight-bearing I have a very high arch, but it completely flattens out when I bear weight. At this time, I can only wear SAS laced shoes or Reebok DMX Walking sneakers, and need to use a soft orthotic in both. I am not painfree in either, but at least I can walk and get through my normal routine.
