Three weeks ago I had cortisone injections in both heels. Not only did it not help, but it took me one week to get back to the level of pain I had been at one day before the shots. I had to stay in bed for three days after the shots. I wouln't try it again. My planter fasciitis may be intensified by C.M.T.
