Hummmmm....ya I bounce also. My feet have been feeling better last couple of weeks. Been taking 1K of vitamin C every 2 hours 4 times a day and calf muscle stretches. PLUS I've been walking with my wife after work and on weekends about 1/2 to 1 mile and boy do my feet feel better. Hardly hurt when I get up in the morning. Oh ya, I still stretch the calf muscle before I get out of bed in the morning while my calfs are still warm and that really helps when getting up.
