It is so bizarre, happens for me, too. Even my sweetie husband starts looking sideways at me when some days, I can climb Mt. Everest and other days I had better ever-rest. (I know, groan).
Husband also suggested I keep a journal to try to track such things, a good idea, but it keeps my mind on my feet ALL the time instead of most the time. I guess we better enjoy the good times!!
