No I have not and I would not but, I had the PF so bad I had to crawl to the bathroom in the mornings. I'm sure you have done this too. Then I found Arch*Rite. You put them on in the morning and take them off in the evening. In 30 days or less I was healed. I wear them now whenever I work out. I am able to play basketball once again. You can get them through United American Medical @ 1-800-521-5002. They cost around $20.00. You may also get them through your podiatrist if you want your insurance to pay.
