An update on my post of last week - I ran out and bought a bottle of shark cartilage ($12 for 30). I took 6 a day for 5 days with absolutely no result. So my vote would be: forget shark cartilage!! Should we categorize this one under the "grasping for straws" category? It sounded too good to be true, and it was. But good luck to anyone else who decides to try it anyway!
