Yes, I have tried it and it seems to be working. I roll them one under each foot, for about ten minutes and that's supplose to stretch the fasciitis which is supposed to be part of the pain, and as long as you keep that stretched and the inflamation down, its supposed to help healing according to the doc. Well, we shall see. I also put my feet on two large bags of frozen vegetables for 20 minutes twice a day with no socks just skin and keep it there. This is supposed to take care of the swelling allowing the foot to heal. I have been pain free so far, but its very cold and hard keeping your foot on the ice packs without a break.
