Re: PF and yoga

I've started doing yoga (trying not to let this pf run my life!) and found that what worked for me, and a surprise at that, were some elastic arch supports I found at a local drug store. They're simply the heavy elastic you find in knee, ankle, wrist, etc., supports but they're just a tube about three inches long. They pretty much hold in a sagging arch, I guess, but however they work, they got me through classes without too much pain at all. I tried wearing them with my orthotics. Bad idea. I'd say use the arch supports when doing yoga, then go back to your usual footwear after. Oh, yeah, and jumping is really not comfortable. I think you just have to know what you can do and then modify when you have to. Let us know how you get on.
