Dear Dayna, Thank-you for your rapid response. I was pretty much in
bed for those weeks...but I have been sick before and never had this
happen. Also, I am an old backpacker so I am not use to having my
feet be a problem. Is cold better than the heat I have been using
(and that feels good in the spa!)?? After reading through this site
last night I tried out the stretching and massaging before I got up
today and it did help...but still pretty painful as I move around.
My doctor I think believes that given the bad virus I had, my sudden
acute pain here is not coincidental. I will also try not to "power
through" (that is my common mode!) Thanks for caring, Kirstie
