Try glucosamine sulfate with chondroitin. I also take vit. A &D, C, E, B complex, brewers yeast, Rejuvex, Remifemmin, Calcium, siberian gingsing, and sometimes ginko. I drink lots of herbal teas, different kinds, I try to have at least one cup of green tea a day and one helping of a soy product daily.
My heel spurs are virtually gone, very rare aches when I wear the wrong shoes for a long period.
