Lyndel: Yes, there is a vitamin that might help your "forgetfulness"! It's gingko biloba - I've been taking it for several months and I think I can tell a difference. My mind is clearer and I really do concentrate better. Also, when your feet hurt, everything hurts. You begin to compensate, so ankles, legs, hips, back, neck - all suffer. Read Gordon's advice - I think he's on to something. Stay as active as you can - even if it's on your knees!. Do upper body work, ride a bike, etc. Hang in there - massage your feet, ice them, take your vit C and rest when you can. Good luck.
