Anyone know a Birkenstock dealer in Winston-Salem?

Hi....I'm new to the Plantar Fasciitis craze...but have had PF since 11/98. I'm now desperately reading, trying and paying for anything that MAY help. ........I've had minimal relief with Birkenstocks, and want to get a closed toe version....but I live in Winston-Salem, NC and there are few retailers here, only carrying the sandals. I hate to e-mail order since they all fit me a little differently. Anyone know of a retailer in Winston-Salem? Best wishes to all...I'll update after the Podiatrist visit next week.
