Re: Anyone have these symptoms?

Yes! A physical therapist told me I walk wrong, especially on stairs. Start UP the stairs and freeze just after your foot lands on the next stair. Is the knee of your higher foot directly over your ankle and toe? It should be. My knee was pointing in, toward my other leg, then swinging out, which torqued the plantar fascia. The weird thing was, I didn't have pain going up, only down. I have been doing exercises to strenghten my butt muscles (which will keep my knee in line) and concentrating on walking and climbing stairs with my knees straight, and stretching my calves, and now I can walk normally down the stairs. Good luck! I recommend you see a sports medicine physical therapist and have your gait analyzed.
