Lyndel, try Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola, and Ginseng. But do yourself a favor, first try some "upscale" brands from GNC, or similar. At the very least, try some of the name brands like ginsana, etc available at Wal-mart.

For a good [but not exhaustive] reference try: Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Dr. James F Balch. And Dr. Mindell's little paperbacks are suprisingly very informative. Before you rush out and buy herbs, try to grab a book at your local library, or check the web- for sources of herb information.
