Birkenstock inserts

Thank you Scott for this wonderful website. Does anyone know how to order the Birkenstock inserts for other shoes? I've called the 800 number, but no one returns the call. I have a catalog, but no address to write to, or order form. The shoe stores that have Birks don't carry the inserts. I would like to also be able to wear other shoes when it rains etc. What's the deal? The Birks in one week's time have made a huge difference in my life. I also have worn my braces from stress fractures the last two nights and for the first time in many, many years have not had pain in the morning. These braces are a very hard version of the night brace for PF. I have to wear knee warmers on the braces so that the metal sides won't hit my husband during the night. Together they weigh 5 lbs. so I wake up every time I want to roll over, but it's worth it not to have the pain in the morning. I will continue to wear these braces at night.
