For the last couple of months my feet have been hurting me, I did not think much of it as I was working some retail jobs at the time. But during the xmas season with being on my feet so much, I would be bearly able to walk after the day ended. Could not understand what was going on, bought what I thought was a good pair of sneaker ( what a mistake) they made my feet worst. Stop using them for a bit but I think the damage was done beyond repairing with just rest. Just the end of last month I found my feet were in super pain! when I would get up in the morning or when I would get up from putting my feet up or sitting. Can't afford a dr, so started to search for answer and found this site, which gave me answers I needed. Just bought a pair of birks Arizona and they are great!.. can get up without almost any pain in the morning and now not afraid to get up from sitting anymore. Sorry for the long message. You have given me much hope in reading these messages and I thank you!!!
