Doug, the pain I have moves, sometimes in my heel sometimes in the arch, sometimes all over. Travels from foot to foot, sometimes both feet, sometimes only one foot.

I couldn't walk over a year ago till I found this site. Now I'm doing ballet class 2x a week. I still have pain though, but not where I can't walk. Glucosamine should help.
