socket..got strong again. Also got plantar fasciitis in my left foot... an inflammation that can slow you down considerably.
All these are gone or under control now. I got better by taking Cat's Claw or Una de Gato for my shoulder swelling since it is an anti-iflammatory. This is an ancient rain forrest herb that is now available in some health food stores. There is good info about it on the net. When I took it for my shoulder, I wasn't paying much attention to my other aches and pains. Suddenly, I realized that my foot was pain free, my inner arm had no more tenderizes and my good shoulder and hip now only had VERY occasional twinges. It did not help my shoulder much, although I healed quickly nor did it to anything for FM...wouldn't expect that anyhow. Barbara
I took 15 drops of this herb twice a day. I do not sell or invest this product or any other product. I just buy them.
#3-------------------- My newest discovery, however, was at the Nature's Sunshine health foodstore (I don't know if this is a chain? there are several here in N.Calif.) - It's called "Tei Fu Oil", which is mainly menthol, camphor and wintergreen in safflower oil. I rub a bit in every night, and it reallyseems to help! Maybe Ben Gay or Mineral Ice would have the same effect, but I'm not going to argue with what works for me.
