i am only 3 days post op right now so i don't know if the surgery was a success or not. i just know i felt i had no other options left and surgery was my last chance at relief from the pain.

its been nearly 6 weeks since my surgery. the doc had me off the foot for a total of 4 weeks. then i was to start applying pressure a bit more as i could tolerate it. i haven't had much luck with that as it makes it hurt to much. maybe i am just a baby. i see him again the 5th of august so i hope he can give me some advice.

today is my 3 month date from surgery.
i still am not back to work. my feet feel tight in the morning and hurt without shoes on. after i put my shoes on it doesn't hurt that bad at all for a few hours. then my heel hurts just like the left foot plus the inside of the arch where the incision was hurts, and my ankle gets pains through it.
i am trying to stay positive in my recovery. i wonder if i'll ever be going back to work.
still don't know if surgery has been a sucess or not.

HOW ARE YOU DOING, I HAVE PF AND AM CONCERNED ABOUT HAVING PF ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY....WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU....I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS CONSERVATIVE THERAPIES AND AM AVOIDING SURGERY...I HEARD A LOT OF SIDE EFFECTS AND PAIN AND DISABILITIES CAN OCCUR...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RESPONDING. J J
