It took a long time to feel that the surgery was successful. I really noticed a lot of improvement after 7 months and 2 cortisone shots.
I've been able to get back to my golf game, walking 9 holes, four days a week. I believe that the healing process for the release and the TTS takes a very long time. The more time that passes, the better it feels.
