I had a plantar fasciotomy done 4 weeks ago. So far the pain isnt as bad as i thought that it was going to be. I am hopefull that my foot will continue to heel as time goes by. My foot is still swollen and somewhat brueised.

Things are looking pretty good here. its been 8 weeks now and I have been a little more active than i was before surgery. My pain level has gone down to almost nothing. I really dont even think about it much. my foot is still somewhat stiff and achy if i do to much but overall i am very pleased with the results
