Date: 10/22/2003 . . . Pain Level: 6 . . . Activity Level: 2 . . . Satisfaction with surgery: 5
I am 6 weeks post-op now and can walk for 15 minutes until "surgery" pain begins. Every part of my foot still hurts, however, I don't have the same type of pain as before. Doing P/T 2x/week, icing and taking ibuprofen still. Definitely better each day, but very slow!
Walking with a slight limp and use crutch for assistance when pain is bad. Will report back soon.

Date: 01/01/2004 . . . Pain Level: 5 . . . Activity Level: 3 . . . Satisfaction with surgery: 5
I am 4 months EPF post-op.
Pain is still worse than before surgery, but am realistic and have a one year recoup period in my mind.
Activity level consists of one errand a day and sitting for 30 minutes for every 30 minutes on my feet.
P/T 2x per week w/ultrasound, electric stim, icing.
