I had a heel spur removed 3 wks a go . I 'm still having pain walking on it . What can I do . Is ther any vitamins I might take to help . I have to have help with a crutch . I have been soaking it in Epson salt is this ok . I still have stitches . They say they look good no infection .

HAD BOTH PLANTAR FASCIOTOMY AND HEAL SPUR REDUCTION ON OCT 05 STILL HAVING PAIN WALKING ON IT FOR LONGER THAN 1/4 MILE AND STANDING 20 MIN ON CONCRETE FLOORS. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING . I AM A NURSE SOME HAVE TRIED VIT B SEE IF IT WORKS. SO FAR REST BEEN THROUGH IT ALSO
GET A MRI IF IT DOESNT IMPROVE
