I had the endoscopic fascia release. Soon after the surgery the bottom of my foot felt like my sock was bunched up. I have been experiencing the bunched up sock feeling on the bottom of my foot for several months along with pain in my third and fourth toe. I'm on darvaset for the pain and have not seen any improvement in my condition.

Date: 05/02/2006 . . . Pain Level: 8 . . . Activity Level: 6 . . . Satisfaction with surgery: 3
I had an EMG done on Apr. 28th and picked up the results today. I had an abnormal EMG. The doctor states there is electrodiagnostic evidence for severe left sided Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome with involvement of the Medial Plantar> lateral plantar branches with active axonal loss (90%). I return to my podistrist in Phila. on the 14th. I am currently seeing a doctor up in Phila., because the doctor who performed the surgery in De is just giving me pain killers and was not trying to find out what was causing my bunched up sock feeling under my foot and what was causing the feeling of my toes being stiff as cardboard.
