I still have some discomfort. I have had no pain on my foot since I had surgery. I have some with walking but is better everyday.

I am not the patient-I have been told I have bursitis,tendonitis, and a heel spur(Archilles Tendon). I have been plagued with heel pain for about a year going on a year and a half. I have had 4 shots in the heel and now am told to rub my foot over a frozen plastic bottle of water every night for two weeks. The end result after two weeks is possibly surgery. I am trying to lose weight and have lost 17# thus far by water aerobics 2 hrs weekly and most recently Curves 30minute weight loss program 2-3 times a week. I am hoping the weight loss and orthotics in my shoes will help. The pain started on weekends only when wearing sneakers. I have a 8-5 desk job and wore 2"heels which did not bother my heel in the beginning. Now all shoes hurt except using the orthotics 3 layers in my sneakers. dg in Virginia
