I was diagnosed with pf over a year ago and fitted with orthotics and the podiatrist prescribed stretching exercises. I thought for a while the condition was improving but now it is about as bad with the orthotics as it had been before I got them.

My main question is this: Most of what I've read on this web site refers to "morning pain." I do not have pain in the morning. I have pain after I have been on my feet about one-half hour and it gets worse the longer I am on my feet. It doesn't matter whether I am walking, standing, cooking, shopping, etc. If I am on my feet my heels hurt. But they DO NOT hurt in the morning. Have I been incorrectly diagnosed??????
