well this board is exactly what i need.. best little spot in cyberspace thus far. thanks to those of you who have left posts because i've learned a lot. i'm 33 & diagnosed with PF about 5 weeks ago (though have probably had it for a couple years). did high doses of anti-inflams & a cortisone shot.... much ice... feet up for 3 weeks..arch supports for the feet.. and after 2 easy days at work (i'm a teacher/counselor) my feet are shot. now both rather than just the left foot. i have an appt. in the a.m. and i'm afraid of the news i'll get.. seeing as i know i can't be on my feet for longer than a 2 hour time period... seems to be cramping my ankles as well. any advice or words or anything anyone could offer... would be greatly appreciated. someone said perhaps the dr. will cast me tomorrow.. another said a brace that could extend to the knee. i worry about it. never did i think my feet would give out on me. i'm active and always on my feet... or was...... thanks.. for listening.. :) i'll continue to read and learn from you all... in the mean time.. "Feet Up!"
