Tired of white running shoes and need something dressier

I have found New Balance 876 running shoes to feel them most comfortable. They are deep and the orthodics fit well in them. However, they come in white with blue and turquoirse desgins. I had an old pair dyed black at a shoe repair shop.($21) They don't look great, but they do look better with dark pants. I have found I can only wear running shoes. Has anyone tried extra arch supports in walking or other shoes?
