I am so relieved to find you all, this has been a terribly painful and lonely time for me.To merely say "My feet, I can't...."is such an understatement that I have become withdrawn.Don't want to sound whiny, you know.I first saw a bone and joint Dr. who spent 30 seconds with me then sent me to 6 weeks of ultrasound type therapy administered with cortisone cream .There was no improvement, I was no longer walking for enjoyment and my daily life was very compromised. (I am a school librarian.)The chiropractor I see on a normal basis noticed the change in the way I walk and after tearfully explaining to him what it has been like for me, he started me on a program of electrode therapy and gentle stretching.Along with Cataplex supplements, I am seeing some improvement. The weight gain concerns me as I am unable to walk for exercise and seems to be compounding the problem. For me the chiropractor offered the only relief I have found since this nightmare began.
