Please read and try the following and post the results of your measurements here or email me. Please let me know if the wording can be improved. It's a new comment on the 15 page document. Any other comments that can improve that page are greatly appreciated. About 500 people a day see it.

As a rough check to see how much improvement in stretching you need, find a book or two, stack them on a hard surface, and place the balls of your feet on their edge and lower your heels to the ground. Keep changing the book(s) until you find one (or a
stack of two) that starts to make it where you can barely stand straight. Divide the height of the stack by the distance from the stack to the back of your heel. This should be greater than 1/3 (0.3333) which is 18 degrees. To make sure, I would keep
stretching until the ratio is 1/2 or better (30 degrees). This will take many months or forever.
