Doctor has discharged me

Today I went to my last doctors appointment with my foot doctor after going to her for almost 3 yrs.. I told her I had Fibromyaligia and she said that that must be my problem. cause she doesn't know what else to do for me.My case has been difficult but she is the doctor, she seemed to have all the answers when she wanted to do 2 surgeries on my foot. So she said she is discharging me as her patient. Does this mean the last surgery she did on my foot didn't have to be done. Or is this just her way of passing the buck?
