Doent anyone have other symptoms ankle/leg/cramping/fasiculations/back?

I cant believe Im the only one who is having problems with other patrs of my body because of this BIG PAIN Anyone? Anything? how about fatuige it only makes sense if you have to stand on something that hurts like hell its going to zap the energy level dont you think?.
