Back pain from standing?

Besides my foot hurtingbecause of my pf, I get two other kinds of pain that I am wondering about and if others get this kind of pain too. When I stand and do the dishes, my foot hurts from standing in one place, but all of a sudden my back will just give out and hurt terribly. It almost spasms but will get better if I walk. The other pain is right where my leg meets my torso. I think I get this pain because I favor my foot walking and it has thrown my gait out of whack and then has kind of pulled a muscle. Has anyone experienced pains like this?
